Designer Biography
Selma Djulizarevic Karanovic was born in Sarajevo in 1967. She acquired BA at the Belgrade Faculty of Fine Arts – Painting Department in 1994, Master of Arts in 1997 and PhD Arts in 2012. She is a member the Association of Visual Artists of Serbia /ULUS/ and a member of OISTAT/Costume Design Group. She had 18 solo exhibitions in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belgium and Japan. She has participated in numerous group exhibition and international exhibitions and symposia in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey and Bulgaria. She is working at Belgrade Faculty of Applied Arts, as a docent at the Graphic Department.
